• Patch fixing slow gbt.save() functionality.
• Obtain XGBoost and LightGBM hyperparameters from gbt.complexity().
• Include attribute "offset" in gbt.train() and predict().
• Throw error when gb-loss-approximation deviates from true loss. Suggest lower learning_rate.
